I read this with such joy, theres no freedom greater than the speed of a lime. Yesterday I got on a normal bike and forgot that I actually have to work for it. I was humbled. I do think they have a while to go with management, outside All points East last weekend there were 200 bikes that covered an entire residential street. A homeowner got so mad that he came out and pushed the entire lot to the ground in fury. I told him to blame lime and the council not the poor girl who now didn’t have a bike to take a picture of to end her journey. He didn’t receive it well.

Always makes me sad to see the hate on lime bikes because cycling was such an integral part of my childhood especially in SE London, kids on bikes were the thing. Glad to see it come back but the hate for it is lame. Hope these kinda things give young people the fun and mobility they desperately want. The kids are outside hell yeah 🙂‍↕️
